Fall Smoothie Top

I am loving my new Shaklee Life Shake!  I drink a lot of smoothies and these smoothies not only taste amazing, but they have no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors or any of the junk.  They DO have all the nutrients to replace a full meal, which is always helpful for a meal on the go, like in the hustle of the morning rush to get out of the house and to school on time, or if you are too busy at work to go out, or you run out of the house without your packed lunch or pretty much any time!   Love, love, love all the options and how I feel all day.  I recently hosted a freezer smoothie workshop and it was a huge hit.  If you would like to learn how to host your own and get 14 smoothies for free – let me know!

You’ll really surprise your BBQ guests with how tasty AND healthy this one is… [Read more…]

Basic StirFry 2

For the past few years I’ve been trying to make easy, yet delish and fancy recipes, which actually have turned out somewhat complicated.  I’ve come up with a good number of these recipes, which I need to post here đŸ™‚ one day, but with our lives getting more and more complicated, we decided that 2015 would be about living a more simple life by getting back to the basics. So tonight, we did just that with our Back to the Basics Stir Fry! And you know what, it was de.lish.ous! And it took less than 30 minutes. Here is the recipe:  [Read more…]
