As a certified health coach, I provide 1:1 coaching, group coaching and L.E.A.N. Workshops, the educational work of world renowned author and pediatrician William Sears, MD and exercise physiologist, Sean Foy, MA. These workshops educate and support parents, caregivers, children and expecting moms in the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). These four pillars of health work together to support and maintain the health and well-being for individuals of any age and in any stage of life. L.E.A.N. workshops are not your typical wellness programs. You will laugh your way through class, learn simple, time and money saving solutions for improving your family’s health, and leave empowered to lead others toward better health. L.E.A.N. workshops present simple solutions for families, communities, the workplace, healthcare facilities and schools.

Unjunk your Diet™

This is my signature program teaching you how to Unjunk your Diet.   This program teaches you to make simple swaps for a long term lifestyle of healthy eating, while still enjoying life.  You will learn what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat.  If you are looking for something drastic, this program isn’t for you. But if you are looking to make sensible changes to create a healthier life plus have the support and accountability of likeminded women, then this program is definitely for you.
