Caprese Salad on a Stick
1 1/2 Servings of Mozzarella Balls {about 6 small mozzarella balls}
6 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Basil Leaves
Sprinkle of Olive Oil
3 Wood Skewers
Pepper to taste
Alternate adding tomato with mozzarella ball to skewer. We made 3 skewers with 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 mozzarella balls each. Chop basil leaves into strips. Drizzle olive oil over skewers then top with basil and ground pepper if you choose.
