Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce

 

Ingredients
12 oz cranberries {about 3 cups}
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup
rind of 1 orange
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves {ground}

Instructions
1. Wash cranberries and put in pot with water, orange rind, cinnamon, cloves and honey.  
2. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes {cranberries wills tart “popping” open {you may need to cover the pot}.
4. Pour into bowl and cool.
5. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
