Salmon Rice Crackers
8 Rice Crackers
2 Small Pieces of Pickled Ginger {cut in 8 small pieces}
2 Slices of Smoked Salmon {cut in 8 small pieces}
1 tsp Wasabi Powder with 1 tsp Water or 1 tsp Wasabi Paste
Top each cracker with 1 piece of smoked salmon, dab of wasabi paste and 1 piece of pickled ginger. This snack is a little higher in sodium than I normally like. But it was sure tasty!
