Parmesan Popcorn
2 Cups air popped popcorn {or stove popped with olive/coconut oil}
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cook popcorn as directed {no bagged popcorn here folks}. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of 2 cups of popcorn and mix well. Add the cheese right after popping or microwave for a couple seconds to melt the Parmesan.
