Cheesy Fruit Crackers
8 Hummuz Crisps {garlic}
1 1/2 Tbsp Cream Cheese {whipped is easier to spread}
4 Strawberries cut in half
1 Kiwi sliced in rounds
Top each Hummuz Crisp with some cream cheese, then add the kiwi and finish off with 1/2 a strawberry. These were easy to make, and as soon as I turned my back to make another snack, they were gone!! Hubby and son ate those up before I could say cheese!
I stumbled upon these Hummuz crackers in the Gluten Free area of our local grocer and since I love Hummus and Lentil Chips, I thought I’d give these a try and so glad I did. They are pretty tasty. They are a nice gluten-free option chips and crackers. They are baked with real garbanzo beans, so have some low fat protein. I’ll give a thumbs up to these crisps and plan to try some of their other flavors. You can find a store locator here.
