30 Days of Snacks: Day 18 Fruity Frozen Yogurt

 Day 18 Fruity FroYo Blog

Fruity Frozen Yogurt
1/4 C Frozen Organic Cherries
4-5 Frozen Strawberries
4 oz Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2-3 Tbsp milk to thin
1 packet of Stevia {optional}

In a vitamix, high speed blender or food processor add yogurt, frozen fruit, vanilla and Stevia {if you want it a bit sweeter or honey works too}.  We didn’t add the sweetener but we like our frozen yogurt a bit on the tart side.  Blend all ingredients until smooth adding 1 Tbsp of milk at a time to help blend if needed.  We used 3 Tbsp of almond milk in our vitamix, you might need less in a different blender or food processor.  The consistency should be like soft frozen yogurt.  Add one fresh strawberry or fruit to the top for an added touch.
