Day 17 Greek Salad Blog

 

Greek Salad
1/2 Medium Chopped, Peeled Cucumber
10 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/4 C Feta Cheese {Athena Fat Free}
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Mint

Mix cucumber and tomatoes together, drizzle with olive oil, top with Feta cheese and mint to taste.  This and slovaki {ok you got me –  also Mythos beer} were our favorite things to eat in Greece!
