Day 12 - Apple Yogurt Dip Blog

Apples w/Yogurt Dip
1 Medium Apple
6 oz Greek Yogurt {plain}
1 tbsp Almond Butter  {or your favorite nut butter}
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Core and cut apple into slices.  Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.  Dip apples in yogurt dip and enjoy!  Tasty!!!!
