Why I became a Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor

Day 4 - Chocolate Banana (1)I love cooking and creating healthy meals with my son, which is why I became a certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor.  Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy in my son’s face while he creates his own healthy meals and snacks.  By involving him in the process, he’s more inclined to try new healthy foods.   

Day 2 - Cucumber Boats (21)I’ve spent years helping families (including my own) unjunk their diet and live a cleaner, greener life.  Being a certified health coach, it was a natural fit to become a Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor.

Day 7 - Watermelon Pizza (6)As a Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor I can now share these skills with your kids!  I will provide a variety of class options in a fun and action packed class that will provide your child with the skills needed to make healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.  I look forward to teaching your kids skills to last a lifetime!I will be adding classes very soon.  Be sure to sign up below to be on the list to find our first when classes are added!  These classes are best suited for kids 5-13 years of age.
