  • ¾ cup fat free plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 scoops Shaklee 180 Vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or to taste
  • dash ginger
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp water
