Step 2: Heat olive oil, garlic, onion over medium heat and brown.
Step 3: Add ground beef and cook over medium heat until brown and fully cooked.
Step 4: Add bell pepper, Worcester sauce, chili powder, mustard powder, and water. Cook until thick or desired consistency. You may need to add more water depending on how thick you like your Sloppy Joes {we like them a bit thicker}.
Step 5: Place about ¼ the Sloppy Joe mix over ½ an Ezekiel or whole wheat bun, place the other half on top or leave off and eat open faced with a knife and fork.
