Yummy to the Tummy, Clean Apple Sauce

- 4 small apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Peel, core and dice apples.
- Put in small pot and cover with water. Cook on medium for about 10 minutes or until soft.
- Add 1 T cinnamon and mash until desired consistency.
- Enjoy warm or chilled
