Ingredients
  • 4 small apples
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Peel, core and dice apples.
  2. Put in small pot and cover with water. Cook on medium for about 10 minutes or until soft.
  3. Add 1 T cinnamon and mash until desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy warm or chilled
